About me

The Mandala Coach

Why Mandala Coach?

Mandalas had me as soon as I learned about them in Art Therapy class when I was twenty years old and an undergrad at Drake University.  That was before they were popular. What's not to love about a peek into your own subconscious or a clear picture of the wisdom of your soul?

It is expression, truth and a path to healing in one circle and no matter what it reveals, the underlying message is always one of wholeness in a world that is constantly telling us we are not enough.  I am the mandala coach because that's exactly what I do.  I reacquaint you with your wholeness, your enoughness, your health, your soul and teach you the tools you need to live your life from your authentic greatness as no less than who you are.

She has loved her body and hated her body, been healthy and sick, lonely and connected, addicted and free.  She has been anxious, depressed and deeply in love with life and everything in between.  She has experienced abuse and loving kindness, victimization and her own power. She has felt impoverished and wealthy, utterly alone and one with all that is. She would tell you from first hand experience that we have the power to overcome what ever story we are playing out by changing our thinking, by accepting responsibility for our happiness and then walking through our fear to the ultimate realization of just how powerful each and every one of us is.  There is nothing more fulfilling than realizing you already are everything you wanted to be.
